Technical Lead

We are looking for a Technical Lead to join our growing team. This role brings web development expertise and development capabilities.  You will manage web development and technical HubSpot projects' workflow and project management. The Technical Lead is the organization's first hybrid role combining strong individual contributor skills (e.g., being a strong website developer) and broader leadership skills. The Technical Lead role looks for more than technical leadership (deciding on architecture and solving complex problems). A Technical Lead is also expected to provide team leadership.

The Tech Lead role is 85-90% individual contributions (coding, project management) and 10-15% team leadership. The Tech Lead does not have direct reports.
